Matching values to action hero image banner

how often have you found it difficult to translate your values as a leader and individual into actionable initiatives for your organisation?

Making ethical and sustainable leadership a visible part of your professional ethos, and your organisation’s strategy and culture, will require you to clearly articulate your thoughts and drive for tangible actions.

This course will guide you through the thought processes for creating a plan that enriches your strategy, integrates into your organisation’s views of the world, and reinforces the culture that you want to create for your people.

As fundamental as it is for teams and organisations, ethical leadership and sustainable practices are sometimes relegated behind “hard and impersonal” outputs.

Spending a big portion of our daily lives at work, the minimum expectation is that we do so in a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment.

Ethical leadership requires the courage to stand for what we believe will enhance our work experience, and the experiences of others around us and in connected organisations.

Courage is to be supported and emboldened to ensure that our commitment to our people, social equity and a sustainable planet is interwoven with our organisation and context.

The FREE self-paced course will give you the tools to articulate your vision and practices. There is further support within reach if and when you need it through a mentor or an Active Learning Community.

the programme can also now be used for a whole team

It is now centred around a facilitated active learning community – a cohort of people working on similar challenges, with the same desire for impact as you. As well as the original high value content and your self-paced opportunity for growth, you’ll also now meet regularly with your community to share ideas and challenges, build your perspectives and connections, have some fun, and feel actively supported by other real humans!

Either working together as an active learning cohort that builds deep and strong team connections through the course of the programme – or spread across cohorts for wider opportunities to expand thinking and create more diverse networks. For maximum impact, a team of leaders working through the programme together will truly be the step-change within your organisation, industry or community.

Due to the facilitated support we now provide for the active learning community, we can run a maximum of 3 cohorts in parallel.  Each cohort is limited to 8-10 people to ensure that everyone has that individualised support and is able to make personal connections within their community.  Each cohort runs for 10 weeks, but of course the active learning community will be with you for life!  Once you’ve made that switch, started on your journey, and created those relationships, they’ll be with you every step of the way.

It is aimed at leaders and other professionals who want to explore and confirm the ethics of their practice and decision-making, and build sustainable and regenerative thinking into their everyday professional lives.
